SKODA FABIA RECON ENGINES FOR SALE

The Skoda Fabia began production in the year of 1999 and is still in production today. The Skoda Fabia was available in several variants such as the hatchback, saloon and estate styles. Since its inception the car has gone through two generations of vehicle.

SKODA FABIA FIRST GENERATION- TYP 6Y- [1999-2007]

The first generation of the Skoda Fabia comes under the platform: Volkswagen Group's A04 platform which is also utilised by vehicles such as the Volkswagen Polo Mk4, the Volkswagen Golf Mk5 and the SEAT Ibiza Mk3. The car was received to critical acclaim and won awards such as the "Car of the Year" in the year of 2000 by WhatCar? magazine.
Many of the parts utilised or developed were done so in close cooperation with Volkswagen.
The vehicle received a facelift in the year of 2005, as well as aesthetic changes to the exterior of the vehicle including a change to the headlights and the front grille, the vehicle received updated specifications.

The second generation of the Skoda Fabia, began production in the year of 2007. The car utilises the same platform as the previous generation of vehicle. Despite this fact, the vehicle is larger in size than the previous generation.
